Act as the Data Controller for all guest information, itineraries, contracted rates, and booking details uploaded to Safrio.
Safrio
Acts strictly as the Data Processor, handling client data solely to provide, support, and maintain our platform services according to our Client agreements.
Information We Collect
Account & User Information
Names, business email addresses, phone numbers, passwords, and job titles of account administrators and staff users.
Operational & Hospitality Data
Data uploaded by Clients to manage bookings and group inquiries, including guest names, passport/ID details, flight itineraries, travel preferences, room requirements, and contracted rates.
Technical & Usage Data
IP addresses, browser types, session logs, device information, and interaction data collected automatically via essential cookies during platform usage.
How We Use Your Information
We process personal and operational data exclusively to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Safrio SaaS workspace.
- Manage client accounts, billing, support inquiries, and platform security.
- Ensure tenant isolation, system stability, and prevention of unauthorized access.
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations under applicable laws.
Safrio never aggregates, analyzes, monetizes, shares, or resells client commercial rates, customer databases, or guest contacts.

Client data is logically isolated at the database query level, ensuring no account can view or access another client's data.

Data in transit is protected using standard TLS-1.3 protocols, and data at rest, including databases and files, is protected using industry-standard security and encryption measures.
Infrastructure
Safrio uses secure cloud infrastructure and regional hosting where appropriate to support operational, security, and applicable data-protection requirements.
Data Sharing & Sub-Processors
Safrio does not sell or rent personal data.
Data is shared only with essential third-party service providers required to operate the platform, such as:
- Cloud hosting providers
- Payment gateways and processing partners
- Notification APIs such as SMS or WhatsApp integration providers
All sub-processors are expected to follow appropriate security and data protection standards.

Safrio stores client data for as long as an active account subscription exists, or as necessary to comply with legal obligations.

In accordance with applicable data protection and privacy requirements, users and end-guests, via their respective DMC or Hotel, may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information, where applicable.
Product & Website Analytics
Safrio may use website and product analytics technologies, such as Microsoft Clarity, to understand how our platform is used, measure performance, and improve the service - for example, which pages and features are used, and where users experience friction.
These tools may collect technical and usage data (see "Technical & Usage Data" above) and are configured to mask sensitive on-screen content, including passwords, guest information, contact details, and commercial rate data. Analytics data is never used to identify individual guests, and users are shown a consent notice before any analytics session begins.
